Community Birth Class: Part 1

This is part one of our hands-on community birth class is designed to help you and your birth partner feel confident, informed, and physically prepared for labor and birth.

What We’ll Cover:
- preparing your body for labor — flexibility, strength, and relaxation
- the stages of labor and what to expect in each one
- optimal fetal positioning (head down, anterior, LOA) and why it matters
- how your baby moves through the pelvis (the cardinal movements)
- positions, exercises, and daily habits that support smooth labor progress
- partner support techniques for each stage of labor
- breathing, relaxation, and body awareness tools

Please Bring:
• your main birth support person (partner, friend, or family member)
• water bottle to stay hydrated
• exercise ball — we’ll have a pump if yours needs air


Cost: Both Part 1 and Part 2 are included in our $100 per couple fee

This class is free for birth center clients!
