Prenatal Yoga with Felicity (Donation Based)

From beginner to advanced, all are welcome to join us for some deep relaxation in this pay-as-you-can class offered at Midtown Birth Center.

Location: Yoga class in Midtown Birth Center’s downstairs classroom. We have mats available or bring your own!

Time: Every other Thursday at 10 am

  • Felicity has been on the mat for over 16 years and teaching for nearly a decade.

Rooted in Hatha, she guides Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal, Mama & Baby, Yoga Nidra, and meditation — across community spaces, corporate settings, and everywhere in between.

She believes the practice of yoga is for every body, every level, and every kind of day. Felicity reads the room, meets students where they are, and creates a space that feels less like a class and more like coming home.

A mama and community-builder at heart, she shows up for her students the way she hopes someone would show up for her — with steadiness, care, and intention.
